Yes. The copy of Insurance Certificate Policy No.11163230 CFR under MSIG Insurance (Hong Kong) Ltd has been given to you when flat handover. You may re-check the document with you.
If fire insurance is included in the master policy of the building management, management company will renew the whole policy. We can ask for a copy of same upon our request.
