有無打算/ 已經拆牆的朋友?

大家好, 我下年入伙的, 想拆一幅牆打通主人房同另一間房, 根據 floor plan, 那一幅應不是主力牆, 但係LP 個度d agent 話要 向management 申請

究竟floor plan上最薄那些牆是否可以拆? Le prime 的示範單位自己都係打通兩間房, 無理由唔俾人拆?

請問有無人可以分享下? Thanks!

Hello! First, don't trust the show room.

The thin wall in floor plan is ok to be demolished. When you get the key, Management Office will give you a form for applying this. You just need to attach with a floor plan which you mark which walls you want to demolish. Then they will inform you days after whether you have the permission. Very easy!

I have done so for a few walls and my upstair and downstair neighbours have done as well (I see them from my balcony).

Thank you! What a relief!! I was so worried about not being able to knock it down. Only me and my partner will be living in the flat so we don't need 3 rooms.

Welcome! Flat B and C are able to enlarge the master bedroom...

Nowadays, rooms are small so people need to buy 'bigger' flats and redesign to fit their own requirements!!! Don't worry, we are just as normal as others.

Exactly! we are going to move in an LB flat. Actually we plan to knock down 2 walls to redistribute the space between those 3 rooms so there won't be too big a difference. May I ask how you get the tiles for the missing walls? from CK?

Yes, ordered from CK. $80 each for tiles and $150 each for 2- metres dressing board.

你拆那一副不是主力牆，你都需要填form，不過只是手續而已。
