激氣 !! PCCW 固網電話/寬頻服務 安裝延誤
各位業主友好，容小弟借里度吐苦水
當日收樓時，見到 PCCW 擺 booth 係收樓處，講到一 call 就好快可以完成安裝
咁我用開 PCCW 固網，同 netvigator，都覺得 ok
咪繼續幫襯
咁係9月中，我打去 netvigator 傾搬遷安排
佢地先話比我聽仲未租到線，最快係 10 月 15 號先得
咁冇計喇，唯有約定一兩日後先裝
同時我也 online 登記固網搬遷
係 9 月 30 日，PCCW 第一次打黎，話比我聽竟然要 19 號先得 (即係同我登記時間相距差不多成個月)，咁我啞晒，比左咁多時間，依家先打黎，激氣 !!!!!!
點知都未算，好戲在後頭
今日 (10 月 4 日)，又收到 PCCW 電話，話固網又要再延至 20 號先得，唔單止咁，仲話連寬頻都要20 號先得。
我真係火導黎 !!!!!! 上次打比我又唔話我知，咁我係屋企無得上網就真係死得啦，打亂晒我 d plan。
想話問清楚，又話唔係佢跟，只係打黎通知我，有疑問叫我打熱線 1000
有冇攪錯 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

needless to mention, few days before i moved in they keep calling me by different sales person from customer service department and explained the problem that they were encountering and blah blah blah... but couldnt tell when exactly they can provide the service. i just threatened them i will terminate the contract unilaterally as they cant provide the service set out in the contract and one day later their manager called back and said they have fixed the problem.
